White Sage Smudge Sticks | Cleansing & Spiritual Protection

White Sage (Salvia apiana) also known as Sacred Sage, Sage Blanco, and Bee Sage, is a powerful traditional plant used for spiritual cleansing, energy purification, and protective rituals. How To Use:

Simply light one end of the smudge stick with a lighter or a match, let the embers glow, and allow the aromatic smoke to disperse energy and restore harmony. Utilize the smoke, not the flame. To put out the smoke, you can allow it to go out on its own on a flame-proof plate, bowl, etc, or on concrete out of direct sunlight. You can also quickly place the smoky end in some water and then allow the sage to air dry.
